Nepal Earthquake Recovery, Reconstruction and Resilience (3R) – NPL161 was a post-earthquake recovery project implemented by different ACT Alliance members in Nepal. The ACT Alliance members that implemented the project included Dan Church Aid (DCA), Finnish Church Aid (FCA), Interchurch Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO), Lutheran World Federation (LWF) and Lutheran World Relief (LWR). The overall project was coordinated by ACT Forum Nepal for which Lutheran World Federation (LWF) was the convener.
The project was implemented through 5 local partners and two Disaster Management committees in Rasuwa, Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Sindhupalchowk and Dolakha districts. LWF contributed to achieve overall sectoral outcomes of WASH, Shelter, DRR, Psychosocial Support, Livelihood, and Capacity Building.
